Eliminate Gallstones Naturally

Here is a natural remedy for flushing out gallstones, I found it in Natural Remedy Encyclopedia. 1. To soften the gallstones, drink apple juice and nothing else for three days. On the third day drink the apple juice, then a whole cup of olive oil and a full cup of lemon juice. 2. To cleanse the gallbladder and liver drink as much apple juice as possible for five days. Pear and beet juices clean the liver, also. Add these from time to time.

After you do the cleanse above.  Eat whole foods with lots of fiber, nothing with dairy in it, stay away from fried and fatty foods, meats, and too much protein, drink lots of water and exercise. Make sure you eat beans and whole grain rice, wheat or whatever grain you choose to eat. Eat lots of fresh, raw foods, and pray for God's healing. The above information will help you avoid gallstone problems in the future. Stay away from sugar and fats, also.  Using this method to prevent diseases visit http://tlchealthandfitness.com

Here is a remedy for pain: Put a hot wet towel, not next to the skin, over the area of pain in the gallbladder for 15 minutes. Then, rub ice in the same area. This should be repeated 3 times, first heat then ice. You will find relief from swelling, inflammation and pain.  You may, also use a hot, cold pack for convenience.

Helpful herbs to take are: Turmeric, as a tea or to season foods, good in beans, on potatoes, in whole grain rice, and many vegetables. Research has shown turmeric to eliminate gallstones.

Cardamon with the mint population - spearmint, peppermint, catnip and any other mint available, made in a tea is a good treatment for a gallbladder attack. Chamomile, and dandelion tea are good to dissolve gallstones.

Other preventative methods are eat omega 3 fatty acids. You find omega 3 in walnuts, avocados, ground flax seed or flax oil, chia seeds, sweet potatoes, acai berry, potatoes, and small amounts in fruits like apples, etc. Olive oil can have the same reaction.
Take two tablespoons of lecithin every day. This will eliminate the gallstones.

More means of avoidance are: do not overeat, avoid meat fats and proteins, eggs, processed foods, fried, sugar, spicy and junk foods, alcohol, caffeine, and tobacco, stay thin,

Eat much food with vitamin C content. And remember the tips above.  Good sources of vitamin C are strawberries, citrus fruits, broccoli, tomatoes, greens, and other fruits and vegetables.

After passing the stones here is a list of foods to eat liberally, (a lot of): figs, pears, prunes, apples, pineapples, oranges, and melons. Eat plenty of these vegetables, which help the liver function properly: broccoli, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, cabbage, kohlrabi. Other suggestions are to eat: dandelion greens, beets and green tops, carrot juice, celery, garlic, onions, and tomatoes.
